FIRST COMPANY GOVERNOR’S HORSE GUARDS INVITES VENDORS TO ANNUAL HORSE SHOW!

Dear Vendor:

On behalf of the First Company Governor’s Horse Guards, we would like to inform you that we are now inviting vendors to our annual horse show on Sunday, June 20, 2010!

The First Company Governor’s Horse Guards’ Annual Horse Show is a vital fundraising event that enables our volunteer state militia unit to maintain its community programs and services throughout the year.

The show is entirely outside – rain or shine. The grounds will open at 7:30 a.m. and the show is expected to continue until the early evening.

We are hopeful that you will consider serving as a vendor on the day of our show. While equine-related products – including arts and crafts – would be ideal for the hundreds of spectators and riders that appear at our show, all types of vendors are welcome to inquire.

The fee for vendors is $50 for a 10 ft x 10 ft space. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own equipment, including tables and tents. Electricity will be available.
